Have you ever said, “If only I’d known earlier…”?
Today’s author for March, Darrell Delaney, reflected on his life and realized many life lessons had been shared with him through mentors, friends, and moments of divine revelation. This month of devotions is called, Things I Wish I Knew When I Was Younger. Darrell said, “These devotions are born out of a desire to share insights that have been helpful to me—in the hope that they may be helpful to you too.”
Darrell went on to share, “My prayer is that through these reflections you may be able to deepen your relationship with God, navigate life’s challenges with faith, and discover the abundant life Jesus has promised. May you be blessed, encouraged, and empowered in your discovery and growth in the grace and truth of God.”
Rev. Darrell Delaney is a cohost of ReFrame’s podcast ministry Groundwork, and he serves as lead chaplain with Reach the Forgotten Jail Ministry in Michigan. He considers it his life’s calling to create and facilitate life-giving environments in which people can thrive and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Darrell and his wife, Kia, have three children. He enjoys spending time with family, walking, reading, and playing basketball, chess, and video games.
As you read the Today devotions this month, may you be refreshed, refocused, and renewed in God’s Word!
